Dawn Appleby and Julie Sears are a full-time licensed real estate team within ERA Shields Real Estate. They have been helping Buyers and Sellers find and sell residential real estate within the Colorado Springs, Peyton, and Monument areas since 2002. Having been Air Force military spouses, they are keenly aware of the needs of relocating military families. Dawn, a former social worker at several Air Force Bases, and Julie, a former elementary teacher within Colorado Springs school district 20, take special pride in providing exceptional service regarding all home-selling and home-buying needs.
